Introduction

The President's Council Annual Dinner is an upscale event held every year for all of the Purdue PC Members (essentially, the highest level of philanthropic donors for the university). In coordination with the Office of Special Events, specifically events lead Amanda Green, the Purdue for Life MarCom team assists with the creation of design assets to thematically brand the event. This year's event for 2021 was branded "Together Again"

 I was responsible for the production, coordination, and design of all of the below pieces under the Creative Direction of Cathy Swick.

As a special note-- these are photos from the event. All pictures were taken by a freelance photographer named Erika Aileen.

 
The Reception

The first part of the reception involved an outdoor cocktail bar. I was tasked with producing the alpha signage for registration, an outdoor art installation that established the brand of President's Council, and included fun facts of the day, and I developed the bar signage-- including the portable bars, the cocktail napkins, and the and the registration tables.

The Dinner

The second part of the event was the dinner itself. The Special Events Team coordinated the decor, food, and program of the evening, and I was asked to design the decorative elements of the dinner. I was tasked with producing the menus, table numbers, branding, go-bo logo, and the show-stopping installations-- two hanging 8'x8' hexagons. The Purdue Hall of Music to have these installed (with a crane!).

In addition to Annual Dinner, I also designed approximately
72 Purdue Homecoming Signs that led up and down the Stadium Mall Complex.
